So so slow!!! Always seem busy doing repeat prescriptions etc. As a walk in and wait you’ll wait a very long time. Quicker going elsewhere.
Level of service is very varied on different occasions, and among staff. Staff appear generally disorganised, under pressure and prone to tender inaccurate or Seemingly false excuses for delays and mishaps. Medication is never on time for collection on date of issue, and text reminders are inaccurate, precipitate or non existent. Poor service on the whole, although I have sympathy for the staff as they appear to be the victims of poor management structure or inadequate organisation.
We have some complicated prescription needs, and they go to a lot of trouble to get them all together. Thank you, Shilpa Patel and team!
