Complete professional approach as soon as I walked Into the work place. Extremely friendly staff and clean tidy work performed on my work van. Will definitely be taking it back there in the future along with my family cars. Couldn’t praise them enough with there workmanship, kind greetings and most of all competitive prices.

RUDE & VULGAR STAFF This recovery truck blocked me for over 15mins at BMW Thames Ditton service centre and when the driver came back he was extremely rude and said “yes i know I’m blocking you” and then said I will block you for another 10mins! And when I started taking photos of the incident he came off his truck and almost assaulted me where his head was touching mine!! He kept shouting and threatened me to delete the photos when I refused and asked him to deal with the police instead. I’ve requested the CCTV footage from BMW and will take a statement from my uncle who was a witness. I will definitely teach this scumbag the lesson of his life. This person surly has issues and should not be present in such areas where there’s a high chance of dealing with professionals and elites. I understand that the incident did not take place at the above named workshop, however this driver represents the garage and the company should take a full responsibility about this incident . Im not surprised from the low feedback score on here, someone had already written that the recovery driver hang up on him when he proved that he was wrong! Also another victim said that they tried to rip her off for over 400 for a battery and alternator but when she went to another garage, it turned out that her battery and alternator was absolutely fine!! My advice is to steer clear from these unprofessional, uneducated, vulgar and rude cow boys! Who would risk leaving his car recovered or repaired by such a low class stealers?!!
Very efficient on MOT
Brilliant local garage, took the car in after breaking down. They fixed the car in no time and did a winter check. Really lovely place, good prices. Will definitely take the car back when it needs an MOT!
