I love this shop. If you enjoy crafts and books, with a lot in between, you will like it too. The Works in Sudbury is staffed by the friendliest and most helpful people. Today when I was in store, I already had a couple of large shopping bags, which they very kindly kept by the till for me whilst I shopped. I did quite a large amount of shopping in there, Christmas is coming and the staff were so helpful, bringing an empty basket for me when the one I had was full etc. The chap asked me where I was parked as by the time I checked out I had 6 bags, plus the two I came in with. He was concerned about my managing, as I do walk with a stick, but I came home via taxi today and the taxi rank is just a very short walk from the door. He offered to carry my bags for me, which I was very grateful for and I took him up on his kind offer. All in all, a wonderful shop, with absolutely fantastic staff. Thank you so much The Works!

I would highly recommend this shop as it’s Really good products and all at a good price. They always have new stock in for children and adults the 3for5 adult books are fantastic as in WHSmith u would pay silly amount of money for just one book. All staff are very welcoming you into store and the best thing they always say good morning/afternoon/evening which you don’t get in a lot of other shops they always ask if you need help. I can’t wait for the Christmas stuff to arrive in store cos I will be like a big kid in a sweet shop in there, Spend spend spend !!! P.S. I don’t even know how WHSmith is still open cos there prices are so expensive so guys and girls get yourself into the works cos there half of prices.
