I have always had a good experience using this Specsavers in Sudbury; however today I wanted to write a review because of the excellent customer service I received and in particular want to thank Ellie for her kindness! There were problems with the delivery of my contact lens solution, which Ellie had already tried to resolve, however when we realised this would not be resolved by the weekend (I had run out of solution by this point) Ellie hand delivered the items to my address herself! I can't thank her enough for doing this, it was very kind and very much appreciated!! I have always felt like nothing is too much trouble when I have called this branch and have always received a friendly service. I would highly recommend this Sainsbury's Specsavers branch.

Seen pretty much on time for an eye test, the guy testing was brilliant (friendly, took time to explain and made me feel very at ease) then was assisted with picking new glasses, no pressure of extras but advised and given choices. Overall good experience.

Interesting place as it was in a supermarket, the staff were amazing and helpful with my kids offering them colouring while I talked to the staff to get proceedings of to a good start, the optician him self was amazing with my difficult daughter made the experience laods better. Only negative thing I have to say is, this was my first time hear as I moved from Oxford and always use spesavers, I felt it was a waste of time for me as they couldn't get access to my records which was disappointing and I'm still non the wiser if my eyes have got worse. As always leave a much appriciated.
