After several visits to multiple Jeep dealers I stumbled upon Jeep Wallace. I traveled a good distance of 80 miles to reach a dealer that had the right vehicles but also personable sales and leadership. Purchasing new or used vehicles can be filled with headaches and frustration. Ronnie was excellent in helping select the right vehicle. Taking the vehicles for test drive and allowing for time to make decisions. It was a pressure free purchase. A two day experience, initially I decided to wait and return the following day. This allowed for the decision to be made and Ronnie did not pressure or become frustrated with the lack of immediate decision. The sales manager and finance employee provided a rounded experience as well. I will continue to recommend new and user car buyers to Jeep Wallace of Stuart.

I was in the Stuart, Florida Wallace Jeep dealership today. I was greeted by a helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous salesman: Doug Diamond. I explained what I was looking for, and my price range was discussed. Doug put me into the brand new; beautiful red Wrangler Unlimited that I was hoping to find; and I test drove it. The finance person: Frank, worked out the financial details so that I could drive home my brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Doug was truly a pleasure to work with today. This is the second jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I have purchased at this dealership in the last three years. I highly recommend this dealership for its attention to detail, great customer service, and knowledge of the Jeep product.

Had a great experience with a recent purchase. The main reason for this excellent service was because of our sales associate Sal. This was by far the best sales experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Sal was knowledgeable about his product. He was honest and upfront with details. Most important, there were a couple of issues to be addressed after the purchase and Sal took the initiative to be involved through the whole process. If you need a vehicle and shop here ask for Sal!
