The first time I've been to Stratford Play House was today to watch Horrible Histories and everything about our experience was brilliant, and the venue is really lovely. The show was postponed due to Covid and rearranged, the staff at the theatre have gone out of their way to make the theatre Covid secure and it feels really safe, reduced audience size, table style seating with at table refreshment service, one way systems. Particular thanks to Rebecca Hallworth who has communicated with our group about all the changes, keeping us well informed and still managing to keep smiling throughout what must be a very challenging time. Huge appreciation also goes to the 2 brilliant actors who performed with so much enthusiasm and gusto it made for a very fun show indeed. Well done everyone, I will be booking Panto and I daresay I few other shows too.
