We recently had to say goodbye to our best friend of 17 years. Prestwood were supportive, professional and accommodating from our first phone call - even though it came at relatively short notice. Jack was compassionate and caring throughout - booking us an appointment the same day and talking us through the process. We were able to collect Dumplin the next day - giving us some closure and this was very important to us - Jack understood our feelings and ensured that this happened. Even though we are totally heartbroken, the attention and care we have received has gone some way in helping us cope with our loss. Thank you again - we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Prestwood to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate position.

Harry nd his charming wife were simply wonderful. Caring and allowed our Great Dane Gorgeous George to pass over rainbow bridge with respect. Thank you both for your sensitivity to us at a very emotional time. We also love the casket which has huge paws on it . OurGeorge had enormous paws. God bless you both for your kindness

This was my first experience of losing a much loved precious pet .. I couldn't thank Rob enough for his care compassion and empathy when I took my Stamp to them ... He was amazing from the very tearful phone call I made and so understanding when I got there. I felt that She was in a loving place to go on her last journey and that was so important to me.I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for making a very heart-breaking time a little easier. Collecting Stamp and having her presented in such a beautiful way was very comforting. Thank You.
