Was a few years ago but couldn't do things like this then we brought a lawnmower from these and a week later when it broke we took it back and they told us we didn't have it from them that it was from b@q lol refused to fix or refund Don't no if it changed hands over the years but if not make sure you keep hold of the paper they give you to prove you had it from there or better still don't use them
