Always excellent customer service - if you need oil, would always recommend these guys. We've just had a new fuel tank at our miniature wargaming building & the vehicle sent didn't have a long enough hose... quick phone call back to base & a replacement vehicle arrives meaning that I didn't have to take additional time off from work - brilliant

Poor service - paid 6 days prior to guaranteed delivery date and not received 2 days after the date. CS girl laughed when I said it was not good. When I chased the Cs guy wanted me to cancel and got stroppy - VERY POOR COMPANY compared to others I normally use.
