i went into the garage to purchase an iphone charger and i was being persuaded to by the better charger for more money and when i got home and plugged it in, it said my phone was charging but the battery percentage was going down?! rip off to be honest

Today at 4.55 am I had to keep knocking on the window as it was all locked up and person about.I got served at 5.05 am . No apologies from the man serving. I said I hurt my knuckle knocking on the windows he said he was in the back washing plates or he would get trouble. I said I will now be in trouble for being late for work his response was well I have been late for work before? He dident have a care or a sorry in him

Horrific car wash scratched my car badly on entry, however even worse customer service from the director.
