Incredibly rude and unpleasant staff. Changed their mind about the price of a service 3 times. Then promised it would be ready on a certain date on 3 separate occasions. Then promised a full refund for the inconvenience then refused to honour this promise. Absolutely despicable service and rude! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Cracked the screen on my phone and these guys had good reviews. Took it in on Friday and he said he'd need to order a new screen, it will be in next week. OK. No problem. But he left a voicemail on the phone on Saturday to say the replacement screen had arrived. I didn't pick up the message until later that evening. I took the phone in Monday morning and a different chap said I should have come Saturday because they couldn't repair it today. I had to travel a little way to get there, so I wasn't happy. After a bit of going backwards and forwards he agreed to get his mate in from his day off to fix my phone and it would be ready at 4. OK. Within the hour, once I was back home, we got a call to the landline to say it was fixed. In the end they threw in a screen protector to cover some of my petrol money.

The great thing about this business is their price, punctuality, professionalism and always helpful behaviour. They done today our Iphone 11 Pro Max lcd on a price which is cheaper and quicker than Apple itself.
