Possibly the best shopping experience ever! Purchased a light fixture, which arrived when expected. No hassle, all good. But that's usually what happens when you shop online, so why the 5 stars you ask. I ordered a second light, you see. Covid lockdown and Brexit ensued (Ireland here) so that threw a spanner in the works. I needed the light fixture sooner rather than later (showering in the dark is fun for only so long), so I contacted the company to see what can be done. I dealt with Barry, who is undeniably pleasant, courteous, and speedy! I was given all information they had at hand regarding when their couriers are expected to start shipping to Ireland again, and I decided to cancel the second order just due to the timings. Well, not only was dealt with by Barry without any hassle, but a refund was arranged same day. I will definitely be dealing with Lighting Styles in the future, they're a rare gem.
