Very disappointed with the way we were treated by John recently. Which was very surprising as I was a returning customer and my last experience was brilliant. I was interested in buying a new range rover. After a few emails I decided to pop up to the dealership to have a look at the car in question which was suggested by John. The car was outside which was fine we understand the current situation. John went off into the building to get some keys, only to come back stating that they had lost them. I find it hard to believe that they had lost the keys to a 130k car. If circumstances dictate that we cannot look around a car then fine we have no issue with that, but why suggest that we call into the dealership to have a look. Especially if you have no intention of selling me the car. We decided to leave at this point. I had requested figures etc a couple of times off John but it seemed as though he had already determined that I wouldn't be able to afford it. John knows nothing about my personal financial statement and to be judged by somebody who doesn't know me was not a nice feeling at all! Stafford Landrover must be doing lots of business at the moment if they can treat customers in this way. They have lost a good and loyal customer. I write this review 3 days later whilst waiting to collect my new Range Rover SVR from a different dealership. Your loss Stafford Landrover!!
