Excellent service - delivery on time and exactly as described. Arrived in 40 plastic bags which were easily lifted and carried to where I needed them. High quality manure compost which should help the garden grow!

The delivery is not good the company they use has no respect when delivered. They have made 2 holes on driveway and mud everywhere and they have driver has said he has done this earlier in the same day .. pay extra elsewhere as quality garden supplies is not respond to my emails and phone number is not working , how convenient. They do not provide a quality drop of service . They do not respond at all . Take your money and run type of service . They should cover damages as the delivery company (PALLET NETWORK ) has responded stating that the company who I bought good from is responsible and has insurance to fix damages caused , but quality garden supplies takes no responsibility and bury there head in the mud (PUN INTENDED ) hoping in that customer forgets etc. Terrible company no after care provided . I am happy to remove this review if they cooperate or else will be proceeding to small claims court after a month as the law states to give the opportunity to a amend there error as I bought of the, and have no connection with the delivery company they use .

Order arrived on the promised day Very nice quality too soil. Shame the delivery driver did not have a crane to lower the pallet with 1 ton of soil. A difficult job using a lorry lift that did not go down flat! Can recommend you anytime

Excellent customer service. I had to ring to amend an order and they were very good and helpful. Delivery was also really good. Driver was friendly and went out of his way to get everything moved onto our drive without inconveniencing anyone. Highly recommended.

Superb quality turf. Delivered as promised on scheduled delivery date; turf was easy to lay; only took two hours for 2 people to lay approx 35sqm. Garden is transformed by the lush green lawn turf.
