I went there with my husband and kid yesterday and felt humiliated in front of all customers from the que by their manager, he made me feel very bad and liar even if I show him all proofs (phone, receipt, and the reason of the phone fault). His attitude was arrogant from the start looking to not resolve nothing, he didn't give attention to nothing with all proofs. I resolved in another store my problem. I felt that it was a show off in front of his team and customers, he doesn't have any customer obsession or any principles of the market. The most bad experience ever in Stafford. Don't go there ever.

Went in the other day, was met pleasently by a young woman with silver hair, she was very welcoming unlike the others. she had a constant smile and helped find the tablet i was looking for (give her a raise!!)

Poor customer service and different staffs stating different policies as they see fit which is frustrating and confusing. Collected items have damaged packaging in multiple occasions (not suitable for gifting). Arrogant & young male manager who should not be in such position. Avoid

Terrible service Bought a tablet for my elderly father in law , as like many he has restricted contact with the present climate. Unfortunately we bought the wrong model (which is too advanced for him) and went to return it. The product is in original packaging , unused and has the receipt. All in line with their return policy. Instantly I was told as the shrink wrap plastic sheet had been removed it could not be returned. PLEASE use Amazon or eBay who are being sensible (no problems with returns throughout lockdown) and use staff who know their policies.

Don't bother. Poor service.. much preferred the argos at the Hough. At least the staff were helpful there.

Rubbish service, the female manager is arrogant and unhelpful and skates close to breaking consumer laws. Bought an Alba tablet that failed twice and after two replacement items within half of the two years manufacturers warranty she flatly refused to help any further. I went to Cannock Argos and was offered a refund or replacement as the guy who served me acknowledged there was an issue with said Alba tablet. I paid an extra 20 quid and had a Lenovo tablet which is great. If you want dreadful service go here, good service, go to Cannock
