I am so excited about my Lincoln Navigator! It's beautiful and has all the latest technology. It will take some time to learn all the features - it has everything I could ask for and even more. I was so impressed with our sales associate, Sam. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with, he knows his stuff inside and out. Great experience!

Super disappointed buying a navigator with this type of service. We bought a dirty vehicle that had been driven by workers and almost 1,000 miles over what they posted online. We were promised a check to cover a detail to clean the car and no check. We were there and salesman said go to lunch we would cover a lunch while we waited for the car to be \cleaned\. No check. I still drove home a 70,000 car that i had to clean after driving 6 hours. Very disappointed. And now i need more paper work done and can't get a call back. Maybe the rebate guy is more worried about his \cheap\ 125,000 bass boat. But horrible customer service is an understatement. I guess what i should expect from a car salesmen.
Service was professional and friendly. Listened to me explaining my concern. Service was completed in a timely manner. Admittedly, my vehicle did not have the issue I showed up with, but they did update SYNC to the latest version. Pickup experience was great.
I have been a buyer there for the last 7 years. Always take care of everything without questions. Great guys and I love my MKX. I have to mention Bob K. He helped me get going when I had a time crunch. Plus Brian who offered a fr rental if I got in trouble. Great place to do business. Everyone helps always. Plus my Lincoln has been trouble free. I only say this because I have purchased 7 new Mercedes.
