simple and useful framework
Unfortunately the IFJ team did not manage to found our international company (AG). After various misstatements and misadvise regarding the foundation, my team and I decided to stop the exercise and found the company through a competent consulting firm.
Just not happy with the service - ZERO responsive, no direct contact person, and completely overstrained with everything that's not a plain vanilla company founding. Would not found with them again.
