We visited today - Mid August - on the wettest day of our holiday and had a wonderfully interesting experience. Our children all enjoyed themselves immensely - except none ventured to eat the bugs for lunch. The cafe/restaurant for lunch was great and the loos are excellent - and bug free! A first class day out. Thank you to all, especially the cooks!

What a wonderful morning we had spent learning and looking at al the different bugs. Our two year old loves looking in al the tanks and then going outside running along the little paths. The children’s play area was great. We all enjoyed an extremely tasty lunch of risotto and shepherds pie. We would highly recommend a visit to the Bug Farm and definitely try the chocolate biscuits!

We love the Bug Farm. Super excellent exhibits with loads of info, presented in an accessible and attractive way. Live exhibits are especially good, and the staff convey their enthusiasm and passion for all things bug in an infectious way. The cafe is great too, whether or not you are brave enough to try the bug fried chicken and bug pakoras!

This was a great little place to take the kids on an afternoon when the weather couldn't seem to make its mind up! A nicely-balanced mix of indoor and outdoor activities, and a warm welcome from truly enthusiastic/knowledgeable owners and staff. The little \bug zoo\ was fascinating- our kids voted the busy leaf cutter ants exhibit the most interesting. Can also thoroughly recommend the \GFC\ (Grub Fried Chicken!) and chips in the cafe, especially for anyone who is not quite sure yet whether they really want to eat bugs Well done all - thank you again and we hope to visit again.
