The process of ordering was straightforward. The subsequent call made by the company to arrange delivery was friendly and informative... my choice of time, day, logs as a load or in bags. Nick, as always diligent in his efforts to deliver, and my logs were safely placed in the log store on my return from work. You couldn't ask for more. This is the second time I have placed an order and can recommend the company wholeheartedly... and the fire produced by the logs is fabulous!

Ordered over the weekend and paid using PayPal. The whole process was seamless. First thing Monday morning I received a call from the office to confirm how and where I would like my logs delivered. 3 hours later, they are sitting in my log store and the first fire is glowing. The logs seem really well prepared and are burning beautifully. I will definitely be buying my logs from here again. Top class, quick and efficient service. Thank you and well done.

Great supplier of kiln dried logs, helped load the pickup with nets as couldn't fit a big bag in. These burn nicely with no spitting, a quality log!
Excellent service, speedy convenient delivery and most importantly of all the wood is fantastic. I purchased their seasoned logs which were bone dry and easy to burn - I thought they were kiln dried ones at first! The bulk bags are even tied at the top to stop the wood getting wet if delivered on a rainy day. Highly recommend (and I don’t normally leave reviews or recommend things).
