I took my laptop in today with a broken hinge. They were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed the hinge in moments while I waited. Superb service. Thank you Rocket Repairs. I will certainly use them again and recommend to family and friends. Parking right outside too!

If you have a Mac computer, don't go to the Apple store, see these guys. They have the ability to fix most PC and apple devices at component level. One of my clients spilt water on a Mac Pro 2013. I crack it open and found water damage on the logic board. Took it to Rocket in case the water had caused further damage. They clean it up and it's running as good as new, and it only cost me 150. Apple would have charged me close to 600 to replace the board. Thank you Rocket Repairs

Both Mark and Sean are lovely chaps who helped me find a monitor to replace my current one (which I cracked). They did this by emailing me a link, and they really didn't have to do this - I wasn't being charged since we were only chatting. I really appreciate it! Thank you!!!

Unfortunately, I have had a very poor experience in comparison to other reviewers. Having chosen the place based on the strength of their Google reviews, I felt it was important to share my experience. I sent my external hard drive in for repair in early July 2020, feeling confident for a rapid and positive turnaround. Instead, what eventuated was not only that they couldn't fix the drive, but I ended up having spent money on a part from China/Russia to \fix it\, and they literally never updated me without being chased. I had to call on a fortnightly basis to get an update. They only once used the online messaging system they have to contact me (when they wanted money for a new part). I even had one female member of staff rudely tell me that 'they would call when there was an update' before she put the phone down. And 5 months later, in December 2020, I finally suggested to them that perhaps I should collect it, and they admitted that they couldn't really fix it. So here I have back my broken external hard drive. So, moral of the tale is not to send external hard drives that are \too modern\ to this company. They're decent and friendly seeming chaps, but I'm not sure data recovery of this sort is their forte.

disgusted by the non service. took my xbox one for repair, I was told it was unrepairable and paid the charge. when i got home I opened the xbox myself to remove the game in there to discover they had not even opened it to try and repair it!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. see photos attached as proof it wasn't even worked on. I broke the original seal to get into it
