Good variety of services offered. Quick, very professional service and owner, Hoss is very helpful and extremely polite. He is knowledgeable and obviously experienced in this business and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to the customer’s requirements. He will always go the extra mile to help. Definitely recommend.

Please take time to read this before you decide to go here... especially if you are female. The service up until the point of collection was good, however I lost my ticket with my order number, which apparently is the worst thing you can do and will render the manager/ owner to proceed to belittle you, tell you it’s your fault and be verbally threatening and abusive towards you. although I’m not unconvinced if I was a man and not a woman that he would have treated me the same way. I have never been spoken to like that in my life It got worse when I said due to his behaviour that I would leave a bad review. I’m sorry but it is my right to do so that no one else has to feel the same way, as I do right now. Apparently there seems to be no process in place to deal with a situation like this and that he thinks it’s ok to make you stand there and look through other people’s personal information to find your own, (which is against data protection law) I work in customer service, the way that he handled the situation was wrong from the start. I tried to defend myself and stay as calm as could when someone is abusive like that. I even asked him to calm down, so we could come up with a solution to finding my prints. Eventually he asked my name and what I ordered and actually went to look for the prints which he found quickly.... why didn’t he just do that in the first place is beyond me! I was left astonished that anyone can be in the position of being an owner of a customer serviced based business like this. Lesson learned don’t accidentally lose your ticket/order number as you will pay for it.
