Wow what an app brilliant company to deal with I live the other side of town from woolston and have no means of getting to the shop so I dealt with them by email and telephone and they were brilliant they kept me in formed of the progress and I am so happy with the final product I would totally recommend this company to any one that requires a memorial
Very happy with my Nan's headstone! We had no idea on what style or colour we wanted so James suggested we go to a cemetery to get some ideas. We found one perfect for Nan and took a picture, to which James reproduced in the colour that we wanted and added an extra flower pot. Very helpful and the whole family is so happy with the outcome.
They replaced our old memorial,they did take a long time,but when the memorial was finally fitted,which was a special offer,both the workmanship and memorial were excellent,i would say both weather and work load does dictate how long it can take,i would suggest anyone who has engaged them just keep contacting them if they seem to be taking too long as i did.
Disgusting service totaly ignoring my mothers calls promised the headstone would be up for 9th dec 2017 quick enough to take the money
