Fairways House is a very tired old building and dilapidated in appearance, the outside is grey and blue and very shabby looking. There is plenty of space available now as there are lots of units available. The so called premises management team are ineffective and they do not display any courtesy, they think they are doing you a favour, which is clearly not the case. The service charges are almost half of the monthly rental cost. However, the service charge that they charge provides you with absolutely nothing, apart from lots of excuses, like the emails are going in the spam box, the admin assistant really doesn’t have a clue. The toilets are like you’re at school or college, there are bogies smeared on the cubicle walls, but they will tell you they get cleaned everyday, I guess the cleaner is either blind or cleans them with the lights off. When the fire alarm goes off there is nobody their to take charge, as there’s no management on site at all. The vending machine belongs on a weigh bridge as it’s well past its sell by date, just like the products it vends. They are falsely advertising this place on Rightmove, this place does not offer any serviced office spaces. You would get more service from the railway crossing around the corner.
