Impossible to get an appointment. This is a site that could easily facilitate walk ins. Been to smaller clinics that facilitate these. Called several days at 8am for an appointment. After being on the phone listening to music for 45 minutes I'm always told they're out of appointments

Phoned last month for a coil replacement and was told I had to call this month. Coil is now overdue to be replaced and I can't get through to anyone to make appointment! Repeatedly cut off all the time. Please stop blaming your problems on covid!
