100% THE business to use. Ian couldn't have been more helpful, slotting in my urgent little job and staying in touch despite the obvious trauma and impact of the pandemic. Perfect work at a great price delivered with exceptional speed and good humour. I totally recommend this business - unlike the other two I initially approached but still haven't even returned my calls.

Terrible service, non responsive. I'm left with a wrong order and no response, it almost feels like they deliberately ignore communication. Initially I visited their workshop, the owner seemed lovely, offered samples and it went downhill from there. I placed the order, paid in full trusting that they are a genuine company. They don't pay attention to details, emails or phone call. This is no different than a scam unfortunately. Should be highly avoided.
Dealt with TPL for well over a decade, supplying top quality products at fair cost and in my opinion on a timescale that is rapid. They always ready to listen, advise and do their utmost for us the customer. 100% satisfaction every time.
