I have recently ordered a case of red wine from Laithwaites in South Croydon and I can honestly say I received excellent service from Chantel a sales person at the store. She provided good advice on the wine and the discounts I could utilise to save money. The pick up of the order was well organised too. Easy in lockdown order online and pick up nobody parked out of the front
They are operating in a very Covid secure manner! 6 in store at any time and masks required. The staff are very helpful, they also offer click and collect. I called ahead and was in and out in under 10 mins
