The worse Christmas tree I ever bought, we purchased the tree in Solihull store and when we got home we immediately email notcutts that the tree is almost dead, I received email back after 2 days that the complaint was transferred to Solihull manager he/she did not even bother to contact us even though we send the picture, I have to hoover the house twice a day! Picture attached as a proof, picture one day one, and today, I would never visit the store again!

Large range of plants. Beautiful roses and climbers. Reasonable prices. Social distancing measures in place and well managed inside the store with staff wearing masks

Needed to go round the garden centre for odds and sods for garden and then went into restaurant for lunch, was with my daughter and elderly mother. Easy to find a table outside, all distanced. Everyone operating safely, name and phone number taken. Food was excellent, 2 lots of fish and chips and a quiche and salad. Highly recommend

First time here for a few years, still worth a look if you have plenty of time to spare . I was impressed with the indoor section of the store plenty to look at and tempt you, some items a little pricey some you won't see anywhere else. Overall very good.
