We're on the final leg of our Ecom Website build with Sid and his team at Sniro. I have to say, I'm really pleased and feel that we have found an excellent long term partner for our brand's web development and maintenance. There were a few causes of concern early on in the build, but to be honest I think this would happen with any developer - and I really appreciated & respected Sid's approach in pushing for solutions and ways to move forward. He for example acknowledged that these bumps in the road were not optimum and did not charge us for time that related to bumps that aren't our problem. Sid made himself available to us at all times and personally came in to manage and galvanise his team to iron out the bumps. We made it through and find ourselves with an exceptional end result. Sniro's team are hard working, pleasant and reliable. I appreciated the organised processes Sid set up to manage the project collaboratively with our team and his team. I highly recommend Sniro. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
