The answer is a definite yes. Whatever you choose the quality is always there. I’ve had so many dishes from there and everyone of them has been delicious. They are also, despite their quality, an excellent value for money option. There are so many Indian restaurants in Birmingham, I consider Zaalsha among the very best of them.

Great local Indian restaurant that serves quality food! Staff are super nice and very efficient, and the restaurant is nicely decorated which makes it feel like such a nice night out. Food has lots of flavour which will make your tastebuds tingle!

We really enjoyed our meal at Zaalsha last Monday. We took advantage of the 'eat out to help out' offer and also brought our own alcohol. We were a group of seven and found the food and service to be very good. We ordered two shared platters as a starter which was very tasty. My mum ordered salmon and fruit and nut rice as her main. My husband had a chicken jalfresi, my eldest son ordered a chicken bhuna and I had a chicken pasanda. The pasanda was milder than I remembered so I wouldn't order that again but everyone else enjoyed their meal. I've never had a bad meal at this restaurant and would definitely recommend it to others.

Started out with lovely service. Food was fine but just lacked seasoning but perfectly reasonable to eat. When we ordered desserts we where provided with frozen desserts that hadnt been defrosted and when telling the manager about this he just said there meant to be frozen and we just needed to be patient and wait for them to defrost. He then proceeded to take a spoon and prodded the dessert to confirm it wasn't rock hard and was edible. We left the desserts uneaten as when they did defrost the dessert was filled with water and was tasteless.
