They don't answer the phone or respond to emails, using Covid as an excuse in their answerphone message. They ask you to call your broker who doesn't answer the phone either. They've probably furloughed most of their staff in an effort to boost profits. Why is customer service so bad in the motor trade?

Will never recommend this company! Absolute thieves! I had taken out a lease option with this company which they were happy to offer. When it came time to returning there were issues, understandably due to COVID-19 there were some restrictions, I was able to stop my contract but still had to keep my car on the driveway and insured. This makes sense so was okay but thought I should have been refunded the insurance amount for that duration. Anyway, the representative came to collect the vehicle and there were some blemishes due to wear and tear and checked within the T&Cs and anything under 10cm were covered. I further pointed these out to the representative and asked him. He said it was all fine and that's the end of it, nothing further for anyone to do. A couple of weeks later I got an email saying there is an outstanding invoice for 500, I checked the invoice and it was for the same damages I pointed out. I emailed back to ask why and which point I was told to provide them with the T&Cs. I was confused as to why I have to provide them there own T&Cs. After a week or so of silence I was told that they will pass this onto their debt collectors. Absolute FRAUD of a company! STAY AWAY!

Provided a van with an inherit defect on the door resulting in the door not locking so anyone could open the van by using the handle. This was flagged on the day the van received and leaseplan provided a garage for the repair. The garage provided could not repair the door and actually made it worse. They then sent us to alternate garage in North London one their main dealerships and my van was dropped off at the beginning of December. One month later the repair has not been authorized and three direct debits later my van is not usable and all my emails and calls have been un-replied. USE LOW COST VANS NOT THESE COWBOYS!

Wouldn't ever recommend them. They charged a fine via DD without notifying in advance. When I called to get hold of a copy of the fine they tell you to email which they never respond. Its been several weeks but still no response.

Writing this on behalf of my sister-in-law......... Avoid them at all cost. Nothing but liars and cheats!!! spoke with sale team members.... SHOCKING! Seems like their training consisted of how to deliver the worst service sure the name was Elaine Clear to see from previous reviews that this organisation is a joke. Surely I will be reporting
