Just had a wonderful week in Slimmeria Devon (Merlin Court). Stunning coastal walks and healthy food. I’ve come back to London 8lbs lighter and 5 inches smaller, with a rosy glow in my cheeks and a new spring in my step! Thank you to Galia and her fabulous team

Wow! I've just completed a week at Slimmeria in Sussex and it did exactly what it said on the tin. I lost 12lbs in the week and feel amazing! I won't lie, it is challenging but had the support of the other guests who have now become good friends. Staff are amazing
The house is made for summer so was very cold during our stay so I recommend anyone going to bring enough layers. Apart from that food was well presented and tasty! Enjoyable activities. It's a chance to try new things such as belly dancing. Hikes in the morning are lovely due to where the house is situated. At the end of the day you get the results and I would definatly recommend it.
Can’t wait for Slimmeria to reopen once restrictions are lifted as missing my Spring visit this year. Love the early morning walks through beautiful countryside and the staff who encourage you to rejuvenate your body and mind during your stay. You exercise hard in the morning and then enjoy lovely spa treatments in the afternoon. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. Galia is a great motivator and encourages you throughout the stay to achieve your goals. Looking forward to trying out Devon retreat.
Slimmeria was welcome for a detox and cleanse post lockdown. A great week, with brilliant results and it was lovely to enjoy the pool and the garden. Thanks so much to all the Slimmeria team.
