I can only praise the brilliant Spalding staff! My daughter had become so much more independent in the last year she has been attending the service. The staff are all fantastic, especially Carla who has pushed my daughter beyond her \comfort zone\ which has meant that she now happily does things that we have been struggling for years to get her to do! Thank you!

Approached to supply ten hours a week personal care support to our bedbound daughter who has complex physical disabilities and severe learning disabilities. The timeframe was a generous few months and we expected to receive experienced staff appropriate to need. The day before commencement we are told they have never seen hoisting equipment nor used slings. Of course very worried we decided to cancel. The company terms and conditions are loaded in their favour not the clients and if our daughter were hurt in any way then they would bear no responsibility whatsoever. Very poor in our opinion , but the lack lustre attitude of their manager in Skegness was much much worse.
