This was my first time ever ordering courtains,lady who took my order was very helpfull,courtains arrived sooner than was stated on order form and omg they were beautifully made! I can not describe my joy,they fit perfectly and they look more expensive than they really were.My home looks cosy now.Thank you ever so much!

Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced! Very welcoming by the young lady greeter at the door & also the lovely lady in the curtain section! The layout for social distancing was very effective. And another bonus was I got everything I wanted to buy! Even the lady at the till was lovely & gave a pleasant goodbye.. Kerp up the excellent work, what a pleasant visit...
Need pillows? They absolutely got pillows. Need lampshades? Got them too. After some custom curtains? Dunelm has your back amigo, fear not. Plus they email your receipt which is well handy for returns, should you buy the wrong sized curtain or a lampshade that your wife hates and doesn't match anything you idiot.
