I know they can't promise this for everyone when they're busy but today they spent upwards to a hour teaching me everything I've missed in the last 20 years. I love my marker. Amazing advice. Shout out to Michael in customer service, he was friendly, patient and made me want to drive down from Oakland to spend some money and I think I will. I am a first time consumer and didn't realize I needed to get insurance for my package until after the order and going over the FAQ. I think that they should have that posted at the top of the homepage and any product pages but in the age of Small business vs Amazon, I get not advertising an extra fee for that. Nevertheless, the rep was able to help me reroute my package to my nearest fedex office, which was better for me anyway.
My son ordered a HK Army KLR paintball mask on Oct 3rd 2020. Nov. 9th I emailed them to see if they had a tracking number, because we still hadn't received it. They got back to me the next day and said we should expect it mid January. My son said he would wait. Jan 23rd still haven't heard from the company, so I called them on the 26th. The man who answered said they still didn't have it in. I asked why they don't keep in touch with me when I already paid. He said they had emailed me on Nov. 9th, I told him it was only because I emailed them first. We are near the end of Jan and they still don't have what we ordered and no communication on their end. He said he would see when it would be in, I told him 3 and a half months was long enough to wait and I would like a refund. He hung up on me. I did get an email with verification of my money back. Would not suggest using this company.
Absolutely the best! Everything you could possibly ask for. Great bunch of guys and Love the walkie-talkie system. Whatever you need just magically appears from the warehouse. Awesome.
