Sheen Clean have been cleaning my house for about 3 years now. I would not want anyone else to do it. From visiting to quote, to their regular cleans, they are professional, thorough and communicate very well. The staff are also treated properly. Other companies I looked could not guarantee the same person, were very expensive and I got the impression they not pass these benefits to the people who did the hard work. Sheen Clean is a breath of fresh air and really care about their work, those who do it and their clients. They leave other companies standing. Sheen Clean hold my keys and are completely trustworthy. They use their own products and appliances and do a lovely job. It is always a real pleasure to come home to a clean and sparkly house and it makes spending time at home a real joy! I highly recommend them.

Sheen Clean lost my keys, did not take the implications of the loss seriously and failed to reimburse me for replacement, despite initially agreeing to. Wendy is now ignoring my messages altogether. I wouldn’t regard Sheen Clean as trustworthy or responsible people to hold keys or have access to your house. I have had to get the police involved and have been left out of pocket as will have to pay to get my locks changed as a result of this company’s carelessness - and they do not even have the decency to respond to my messages or concerns. Avoid!

I highly recommend this cleaning company, as it offers a very reliable and professional service. All the cleaners I have had, have been extremely friendly, trust worthy and very thorough in their cleaning.
The ladies that clean for Wendy do a thorough and fantastic job! There has been a few occasions where they haven't been able to clean for various reasons but Wendy always tries to make alternative arrangements to make up for it.
