This company is appalling to deal with so don't bother. They never deliver when you arrange a time. I have been let down three times now, today being the final straw. I made arrangements for a Saturday delivery, they call the night before to confirm AM / PM and low and behold they tell you it will be there Monday, Tuesday or whatever day they feel like instead of what was arranged. I will never use them again and if you live in Chepstow I highly recommend Estuary Oils instead as they actually do care about their customers.
