Great place to visit and so many beautiful walks leading from Ingtham Mote - good exercise for locals during lockdown. Make sure you wear your wellies if you go for any walks.

We went for a walk following the green trail in January. We hadn't been before and didn't realise quite how squelchy and boggy the mud would be! Wear welly boots or walking boots! The 2.5 mile walk is however worth it as you get some spectacular views!

This is a picturesque property situated in a relatively small grounds. Good for a walk of around an hour. Would recommend taking a picnic to eat by the lake or in one of the designated areas, but there's a little cafe which serves some hot food - really delicious vegetarian pasty! Will hope to return when the house is open again.
