Perfect service, never had any problem with deliveries or orders. I always repeat what I had ordered with little or no change. I have met the staff at Securicare and I have to say that they are the most lovely people you can ever meet. If you don't like the service, try to attend their meeting's, kindly raise your concern and they will listen. The ware house staff work really hard and I have seen the care they put into each order too. To all reviewers, please don't use google to give them bad rep with an ear bashing when they can work it out. They really do work hard for us, so please remember that you are not the only ones with Ostomies and that they have a vast number of us to cater for. This is a free service for us, so please be a little considerate for them too as you do for the NHS, especially during Covid. They helped me change my life, even if they did miss an order a very long time ago. Mani

I am relatively new to this company although have had a stoma for 5 years. I cannot rate this company highly enough. So helpful, I am constantly emailing with requests or queries and they are always quickly and helpfully answered. My gp even sent a completely different prescription for nutrition drinks there by accident and still they got them to me very quickly. My first contact was Zoe, she was so lovely and so have everyone I have spoken to since!

Left with no bags since mid march by securicare. Constant phonecalls result in excuses after excuses. Appalling to leave customers with no vital stoma products, namely bags. Its a shame you never mentioned this lack of customer service when i moved my prescription to you. I still have vital bags outstandi g on my prescription and im not clear how you expect me to function without them.

Very poor service -1 star is too many. They have got my order wrong twice in a row now. First time they simply did not send the items I requested and didn't bother to tell me. I called the day after the expected delivery to sort it out. It is unacceptable to leave customers without critical medical supplies. The second time, they sent the wrong items, and when I called they say my preferred product is not in stock and aren't bothered how this may affect me. I am feeling really let down, upset and angry.
