My F250 Super Duty 6.0 was running rough so I made an appointment at this dealership so they could find the issue. The mechanic found and fixed the problem and the service tech let me know what it was and another minor issue that I can take care of myself. What they didn't do was try to talk me into doing other work or say I needed other parts when I do not. I'm leery of dealerships for that reason but I decided to give them a shot anyway. Every person that I dealt with was very nice, very cordial. From my one and so far only visit my experience was the best it could be. Good job team.

This is the 2016 Focus I purchased from Alan Jay in July 2016 and Love it. I got hooked on the Focus when I purchased a 2009 from Alan Jay. It drives like a dream and gets great fuel mileage and the get and go when needed.

We drove down from Asheville NC to visit my brother-in-law and on the way our 2014 Escape suddenly displayed a ABS warning light. All sorts of strange things on the displays were also happening. We called Friday AM to see if they could fit us in to see what was going on. A 2PM appointment, and 2 hours after that, all was fixed. No problems on the way back. What great service!!! Thanks for making our stay a relaxing experience---not the nightmare that we were expecting.

The attention in this place is excellent, I moved to this city and twice I have gone to do the oil change and it seems to me a pleasant place, good service and comfort for the client and not to mention the attention of Mr. Jorge I think it the maintenance manager really makes you feel at home, thank you very much.
