We recently and unexpectantly lost our beloved pet dog of 11yrs. He had been a bit off for a couple of days but never thought the worst was about to happen so had no plans in place for his sudden loss. My daughter had heard of Greenacres Pet Crematorium so we looked up the website liked what we saw and rang them. The lady who answered was very compassionate and understanding especially as she was having to deal with a very upset and heartbroken owner she arranged for our dog Wilson to be collected and within 30 minutes they had arrived and Wilson was taken on his final journey. Within a couple of days we were contacted to say we could collect his ashes and was very pleased to get him home so soon, the casket was lovely too as we had opted for the basic one and didn't know what to expect. I would highly recommend Greenacres, everything that we asked for was done with understanding and compassion, thank you.

I would 110% recommend and trust Greenacres they have been absolutely incredible with my boy Harry. He died very suddenly and unexpectedly and I hadn't planned anything really and just caught them on time before closing for bank holiday but they waited for me to arrive with him and were very understanding and allowed me as long as I wanted in the chapel of rest - really, really went out of their way for me. Everything was perfect and exactly how I wanted it; even allowing for very last minute changes. His casket was beautifully packaged and I know from the bottom of my heart that he was treated with respect. Thank you so much, you've really helped me through all of this and I can't thank you enough, you're amazing and should be very proud of what you do! X

We lost our beloved 3 year old Chihuahua after long term issues related to his unstable epilepsy, loosing my first ever pet broke me beyond words and i needed my friend to come home, my vets recommended these guys. We got our little louie back one week after he passed and the obvious care and attention to detail was outstanding, he came beutifuly packaged in a nice box with his urn resting on silk like material, having my boy home after been treated with such dignity has helped my grief so much, from a grieving couple we appreciate you
