this is a gemstone in the ruff, just got our grandpa in here. very nice staff and clean facility with lots of renovations

My wife's elderly mother EMMA CHANG lived here for two years. The location is great, in a wonderful neighborhood. The building is clean and the staff is just incredible. Sam Rosenberg the Executive Director is also a owner so his dedication and genuine desire is always the best for its residents. He runs a great facility.

Sam Rosenberg, the director of Holiday Villa East, has created a wonderful, warm & inviting environment for seniors desiring an attractive, affordable & stimulating living situation. I recommended Holiday Villa East to a friend who was looking for a place for her mother, when she moved here from the east coast. They researched & looked at many places, but only \Sam's Place\ would do for Miss Lillian, who has happily resided there for several years.
