The seller doesn't speak English, only Italian, but we had no problem communicating anyway ! The bikes were good and the price was quite cheap

We rented two ‘cruiser’ bikes in late January, during the off-season and were the only customers at the time. The staff were pleasant though there’s no attention to detail regarding the sizing of the bike, its condition, or what to do in case of breakdown. We easily adjusted the seat height ourselves but the tires were severely under-inflated, to the point where one rear tire went completely flat after about 6 km. Luckily there was another rental location a km or so ahead but while open it was unstaffed. Luckily a waitress from the adjacent cafe came out and swapped the bike for another with (somewhat) better inflation. I would consider renting here again but would carefully inspect the bikes before heading out. Also don’t forget to ask for a lock if you plan on stopping for a walk or refreshments.
Were cheated there in some sense. Asked for the kid bike that is cheaper in price than adult one. Were given the one chosen and suggested by the owner of the rental. But on the return it occurred that the bike was considered as adult because of the wheel size. As we were told it’s 22 instead of 20 and we supposed to know that before taking (though we asked for the kid one, for 7 y.o). We paid higher than expected. Additionally the owner and staff were very aggressive telling that they shouldn’t explain anything and the customers should know the wheels size without asking. Rental is not recommended. Use the nearby which are of better service and less crowded.
Really friendly and helpful staff that could have charged us for 5 hours after returning the bike 30 minutes late but instead charged us for 2.5 hours. The bikes were in good working order.
Very good.
