Spoke to Jade in the environmental department (sandwell local smethwick) early this morning regarding bins overflowing in bearwood high street and glass broken in the street as a result of the overflowing. Put phone down on me when I wouldn't give my personal details which I thought was irrelevant. Checked bins 4 hours later and found rubbish taken but broken glass left on floor. Used my shoe to brush most of it against base of bin. Disgusting the glass was left behind. Someone could easily get hurt by it.
