Had 2 very different experience with this place! I delt with Aaron cool guy took care of me. Found a bike online called about it he explained how it works so I filled out the online application for the credit got a call back in a few hours with good news got the bike. Drove 2 hours each way ran late due to trailer issues Aaron stayed after closing to take care of me. Second experience while my girlfriend was with while I got my bike and seen how everything went so smooth for me she found her dream bike there and was ready to get it. She called Monday spoke to someone else they told her she had to leave a non refundable deposit on the bike she wanted before they ran her credit so she did told them what bike and gave her information over the phone for the application. No call back she called at the end of the day and was told banks were busy being a Monday and they would call her tomorrow. No one called so she called around 2 or so and spoke to another person they had no idea what bike she left a deposit on and told her to apply online again wich was a no cause they already ran her credit once. I called the following day and spoke with Aaron about what was going on he said he would look into it. Got a call back a few hours later saying the bank wouldn't do that small of a loan but could get her approved for a more expensive bike. Long story short she paid for the bike outright because the option she was given didn't make sense. At the end of the day I got my bike on a Saturday and she got her bike the following Saturday and I got a check for 250 bucks for referring her to them. So many bikes!
Just purchased my first Harley from Powersports and I was blown away by the stores inventory layout, best I've ever seen. Aaron is a cool salesman and his team was very helpful with loading up and strapping down my bike. This place is a diamond for motorcyclist, it's impossible to not find your bike in this store.

I was looking for a buddy pack for two quads and a trailer. I Facebook messaged approval asking them if they do buddy packs they said yes and asked what kind of quads I was looking for and then never answered back. Fast forward a couple days later I called and asked about some quad prices and he said we do not have any quads in stock I said that's okay just trying to get prices. Then tells me we do not do buddy packs. The guy was not friendly by any means. Very short and dry, you need better customer service and you all need to be on the same page when it comes to selling your inventory. You either have buddy packs or don't.
