Dave Quinn is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me to navigate the difficult process of trying to replace my son’s lost passport during the pandemic in a hurry when all the passport agencies were at least partially shut down. He didn’t even want any payments because he did not do the official processing steps since my son has to appear personally an acceptance location.

I have never had such a pleasant and helpful experience as I did with Dave Quinn at Peninsula Visa. He listened attentively to my urgent situation and offered fast and easy options to get my passport (and new China visa) back in my hands in less than 5 days, in time for my Jamaican vacation. I was really nervous and stressed about my options until I got to work with Dave, who made me feel calm and confident in the process, and now I'm a customer for life. Do not trust their service and promise. It should be very careful for unnoticed delay. When I applied China visa, They promised when the visa will be ready to pick up. However, they never keep the promise and continue to change the check point. If I did not contact them every minutes, I could not keep my schedule for my business trip to China. However, When I complained this issue with the CEO (I am not sure whether he is really the CEO. His attitude by phone seems a working people in a low level, but he claimed that he is the CEO. Not much difference for the director and manager in their company. They are not reliable or not responsible for their service.), He never admitted the fault and only tried to protect the company/himself in an unreasonable manner. It is very sad to work under that kind of person, who does not have any mind to keep what it is supposed to be kept for a business. I wonder how can this company survives without a solid business mind, which is to keep a promise with a customer and satisfy what a customer expects. I expected that the visa service should be in a timely manner and to keep a promise. But, My experience shows that the service did not be in a timely manner and does not keep the promises at all.

Friendly staff, painless process for getting Visa. Was able to track the process online and process was completed on the promised timeline.
