This was our first meal after flying across the pond from Charlotte, NC. We were miraculously seated immediately, without a reservation on a very busy night. The service was splendid and the meal delicious. We ate there once more during our stay in Salisbury.

Ever since opening in Salisbury more than ten years ago Cote Brasserie has been a favorite. Always excellent and superbly reliable. However since reopening after the Covid lockdown they must be moved from the Excellent category into the EXCEPTIONAL category. Cote Brasserie Salisbury is proving to be the best restaurant in town. The teamwork is apparent, the quality beyond compare and the service exemplary. Managers Maria and Alex stand out in their professionalism and superb orchestration and the dishes from the kitchen continue to exceed expectations. The timing of dishes out of the kitchen is optimum, and the food perfect. Every visit. Add to this the very good location nestled at the foot of St Thomas Church right near the center of town and close to the car parks makes this the best restaurant in Salisbury. The menu is balanced and interesting, and the team work make it stand out beyond expectation.

Very nice pub, full of character and with lovely staff. You'll enjoy the fun messages written all around the walls. My fish and chips was fantastic. Super crispy. Gorgeous!! The veggie burger was very tasty too. Worth the visit.

Just ate here, food was mainly good but the haddock I had for main was dry and tasteless. The skin was also not crisp. I expect better from cote tbh. Service was good and staff were friendly.
