We were served by Tracey. What can I say, she spent a great deal of time with us and nothing was too much trouble. Tracey was enthusiastic and amazing. So so helpful. She deserves a medal for the amazing service she gave us. Barbara Jarvis
Took my camera in which I had pictures that were 14 years old,not on a sd card but on the camera, was suppose to copy pics on usb and print off,for some reason a woman covering in the shop sent camera off without asking me now all my pictures have wiped, these were of my son in hospital,he was a premature baby and with his brother and sister, very angry!!! Didn’t even offer no compo or free pic or nothing!! Will never use again, man that works in there is very arrogant!!!
Well I really wanted this to be good today but... I needed a number of prints in a number of sizes but an hour of faffing later and I took some 5x7's that I'd managed to print with me and abandoned the rest. The lady in the shop was pretty helpful in fairness but I don't get why I'd go here again? I went today in the hope that they'd be able to print Apple HEIC format but they can't so it's no different than getting online prints. Indeed if I am going to have to go to a shop, use a machine to upload them myself, go to the effort of transferring them to a thumb drive (didn't work from my phone) and pay literally 8 times the online price for 5x7's where's the benefit compared with a few clicks on my laptop at home? Incidentally the 12x8's were literally 20x the price I normally pay. Oh and I couldn't pay by card. So in summary, vast effort, very expensive, admittedly decent quality print and produced there and then rather than waiting for a couple of days. Worth it on this occasion? No.
Friendly, helpful staff. Especially Tracey, nothing too much trouble for her.
