Worth the wait for the tide to go out to walk to the fort. The sand is very firm, so it's an easy walk. The rock is a bit slippery, so make sure you have good shoes on- flip flops are not a good idea (I tried and they broke and I have the cut up feet to show for it). Just be careful of those crazy tides, they rush in like a racehorse and you will be stuck until the next low tide. Same with the weather in Bretagne, it's usually a bit colder than the rest of France.

Summit of European history. Splendid view on the fortified city of Saint Malot.
It's a quite nice view, but definitely doesn't worth the 5, as you can get even better views from the Isle of Bé.
Visit time is around 1 hour Ticket (Adult) 5 euros
Excellently preserved historical monument well worth seeing. Good views of St. Malo.
Looks awesome from the outside, unfortunately is closed after 30th September, so I wasn't able to see it from the inside. I found it very fascinating, that you can get there just at some time of the day, when the water is low.
Nice historical fort, take a guide otherwise it's of no use going there.
Beautiful as all french beaches...
