Excellent service. I bought my Kia Sportage from Chapelhouse and got an excellent deal. The salesman Jamie was a gentleman and had a good banter with him. Absolutely made up with the car (not had a service yet, so cannot make any comment on what the service department is like, but going off the sales department I am expecting it to be OK).

I had a lovely guy help me and I loved my new car but it already needed a new part as soon as I bought is and when I took it in to have it fixed it took all day to find out what was wrong with it. I was very happy however with the service when I took it in to have the part fit as it was done very quickly and the staff where lovely. If I were to rate the staff it would be a 5 but I am paying way more for my car than it is even worth and there was already a fault so that is the reason I am giving it 3 stars.
