My wife and I were celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary at the Cricketers in Clavering. Ros Saggers was recommended to provide a bouquet as a surprise at the end of the meal. The flowers were superb and my wife was thrilled . We would certainly recommend Ros for anyone planning a similar surprise .

I was visiting the area and decided to call in to saggers as remembered how good they were when I lived here several years ago. What a disappointment it was, the woman that served me was so unfriendly and unhelpful, I think she was looking after the place while Roger and Roz were away.!! On asking if she had cut flowers I was told No, we usually do but have none at the moment, I decided to buy a cyclamen, the money was taken, no offer of anything to cover the dirty pot and We felt she could not get us out of the shop quickly enough, My husband and daughter who were with me were horrified by the way I was treated and we all remarked on how the woman had no people skills what so ever and if she is there for long the place will soon lose all of its good reputation. Such a disappointment
